Requesting service

• Sending a form, email or voicemail is a request for help, not a contract. We’ll contact you to talk about the problem and confirm the details before any work begins.
• We’ll explain what we plan to do and get your OK before starting. If we find something unexpected, we’ll check with you before going further.
• Our “No Fix, No Fee” promise is explained on our Service Guarantee & Refund Policy page.

Your devices and data

• Please back up important files before service when you can. If you can’t, tell us and we’ll help.
• Repairs and data recovery can’t always save every file, especially from damaged or failing hardware. We take great care, but we can’t guarantee that every piece of data can be recovered or preserved.
• You confirm that you own the devices and accounts you ask us to work on, or that you have permission from the owner.
• Software we install for you must be properly licensed. We’ll help you use legitimate copies.

Remote support

If you choose remote help, you’ll start the session yourself and approve the connection. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized service provider for Apple, Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung, Google or any other manufacturer unless we say so specifically.
