I found Mount Vernon Computer Repair in the mist of a crisis with my work laptop. I had accidentally caused water damage and was panicked that I'd not only destroyed my laptop but lost all my important files. Working with Daryl was great. He called me back promptly, examined and diagnosed my computer all in the same day. He runs a very honest business and explained that the damage was so extensive it would be more affordable to replace the laptop. Luckily my data could be saved which was a relief. I work for a non profit that assists our wounded service members and we work tirelessly to ensure 94 cents of every dollar goes to our mission. Though his price was very fair, my organization had decided that it was in our best interest to wait on purchasing any data recovery services. When I explained the situation to Daryl he researched our organization and decided to donate his time and services to save my files. I was speechless at his generosity. He single-handedly recovered all my files and allowed me to continue working without missing a beat. I had all my files back within less than 24 hours!!
