Getting a new computer should be exciting, not stressful. Mount Vernon Computers comes to your home in Alexandria, sets up your new machine from scratch, transfers all your files and photos from your old computer, installs the software you need, and connects your printer and other devices. By the time we leave, your new computer will feel familiar — and you’ll know how to use it confidently.
We also clean up the bloatware that manufacturers pre-install, configure your email accounts, migrate your browser bookmarks and passwords, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Alexandria families trust us to handle the entire transition so they don’t miss a beat moving to their new machine — and we’re always happy to answer questions along the way.

What customers say
Daryl is a phenomenal resource. He is competent and professional, but very personable. He has never shamed me for my occasional (OK, frequent) ignorant questions about my software nightmares. He just patiently explains the concept and informs me of my options. He then works with blazing speed and before I know it, I am back in business. You will not be sorry if you use his services.Read full review
Daryl replaced the hard drive on my wife’s laptop, and the entire process, including scheduling, was fast, efficient, and at a very fair price. His communication was timely and clear, and the repair was done right. Highly recommended!Read full review
