Installing new software or catching up on months of updates can be confusing. For Mount Vernon households, we install the programs you need, update the ones you have and make sure everything opens correctly.
We visit homes in Fort Hunt, Hollin Hills and Belle Haven. We download from official sources, keep your license keys in a safe place and show you how to use anything new.

We install trusted antivirus and security tools and make sure they update on their own.
Junk software removal
Preinstalled trial software and junk programs are removed to free up space and speed.
System updates
We finish Windows and macOS updates and set them to install at convenient times.
Driver installs
Drivers for graphics, audio, Wi-Fi and printers are updated to stable versions.
Email programs

OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox is set up so your files sync across devices.
Specialty programs

Avoiding fake downloads
Search results often lead to download sites that bundle adware with free programs. We install software directly from the publisher so nothing extra gets added, and we remove anything unwanted that came along with earlier downloads.
