When a computer in Mount Vernon shows a blank screen, loops through restarts or gets stuck on an update, the files are usually still there. We repair Windows startup problems and recover the system without erasing what matters to you.
We visit homes in Fort Hunt, Hollin Hills and Belle Haven, back up your files first and then repair or reinstall the operating system. You will not have to set everything up again on your own.

Driver conflicts at startup

Files protected first
Your files are copied to a safe drive before any repair begins.
Recovering family photos and documents
A computer that will not start often holds years of photos and records. Before any repair, we copy those files to a safe drive. Then we fix Windows and put everything back where you expect to find it.
