Screens often crack during PCS moves when laptops get packed with everything else. We replace broken displays and keyboards for families living near Fort Belvoir so you are back online quickly in your new home.
We visit homes in Woodlawn, Hayfield and Kingstowne, confirm the model and quote a fixed price. The repair usually costs far less than buying a new laptop right after a move.
Why Fort Belvoir families call us
Most Brands Covered
Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS and Microsoft Surface repairs are all routine for us.
Settings Untouched
Your files, programs and settings stay exactly where they were.
Clean Finish
Bezels and covers go back on snugly so the laptop looks right afterward.
Repairs We Handle
Broken screen hinges
We fix stiff, loose or snapped hinges so the screen opens and closes smoothly again.
Dim or dark screens
A very dim or dark screen often has a backlight problem. We find the cause and repair it.
External display hookup
We set up external monitors as a backup or a second screen, with the right resolution and layout.
Laptop makes we service
From budget laptops to premium models, we source the correct screen and keyboard for your brand.
Shattered display replacement
A cracked display is swapped for a new matching screen, usually in one short visit once the part arrives.
Flickering display repair
Colored lines and dead spots are repaired by replacing the screen or reseating its cable.
New laptop keyboards
Sticky, missing or dead keys are fixed with a new keyboard made for your model.
Trackpad replacement
We test the touchpad hardware and settings and replace the parts that are not working.
Packing laptops for your next move
A laptop survives a move best when it travels with you, powered off, in a padded bag. If it went on the truck and arrived with a cracked screen, we can replace it and check the drive at the same time, since the same bump that cracks a screen can damage a hard drive.
What customers say
Brought my computers into to be fixed and couldn’t be more satisfied! Entire staff very friendly and professional and provided me the expert service I was looking for. I also bought a laptop that I needed at a very reasonable price. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future!Read full review
Daryl has always done exactly what needs to be done, for the price quoted, and in the time estimated. He doesn’t take advantage of my relative tech ignorance, and answers all of my questions – even the stupid ones. You can’t go wrong.Read full review
