Laptops near Fort Belvoir sometimes fail to start after a move, a long period in storage or an update that ran while the battery was low. We repair the operating system and keep your files safe.
We visit homes in Woodlawn, Hayfield and Kingstowne. We back up first, repair or reinstall Windows and then reconnect your Wi-Fi, printer and accounts in your new home.
Why Fort Belvoir families call us
Repair Before Reinstall
We try to repair the existing system so your programs and settings stay in place.
Windows and Mac
We repair Windows startup problems and help with macOS recovery too.
Recovery Media Made
We can create a recovery drive so future repairs go faster.
Common System Failures
Windows and macOS repair
We handle Windows repair and macOS recovery, so mixed households get help with every computer.
Driver conflicts at startup
Conflicting drivers can stop Windows from loading. We find the problem driver and replace it.
Temporary profile fixes
If Windows signs you into a temporary profile, we repair your account and restore your files.
Data safety
Data comes first. We back up your important files and confirm they open before repairs start.
Failed update repair
We fix stuck updates, remove the broken parts and get Windows fully current again.
Windows file recovery
Corrupted files are found and replaced with clean copies so Windows behaves normally.
Fresh Windows install
When repair is not enough, we do a clean install and restore your files and programs.
Startup failures
We fix boot errors, missing boot files and startup loops so the computer starts normally.
Computers that sat in storage
A computer that spent months in storage may need dozens of updates at once, and that is when startup problems often happen. We run those updates in the right order and check the drive for damage so the computer starts reliably again.
