It depends on its age and what you use it for. Many desktops from the last several years get a big boost from a solid-state drive and more memory. We’ll check it and give you a straight answer.
Will I lose my files or programs?
No. We copy your whole system onto the new drive, so your files, programs, and settings are exactly where you left them.
How long does an upgrade take?
Most drive and memory upgrades are finished in a single on-site visit. Larger desktop upgrades sometimes take a little longer, and we’ll tell you before we begin.
